DESCRIPTION
· EPC Space's FBS-GAM01-P-R100 is a radiation-hardened, single low-side power driver module utilizing GaN technology.
· Integrates eGaN® HEMT switch, Schottky diode, and high-speed gate drive circuit.
· Features VBIAS over-voltage protection, UVLO, and power good reporting in a compact 9-pin SMT package.
· Radiation-hardened for space applications, with validated RHA and TID up to 100 kRad.
FEATURES
· Operates at 100 VDC/12 A, capable of up to 200 VDC.
· Includes a 200 VDC eGaN® HEMT output power switch and Schottky catch diode.
· High-speed switching capability exceeding 3.0 MHz.
· Compact size: 0.750 x 0.380 x 0.125 inches.
· Radiation hardness: TID rated to 100 kRad, SEE immunity up to 83.7 MeV/mg/cm², and neutron fluence up to 1 x 10¹³ N/cm².
