DESCRIPTION

· The FIN1102 is a 2-port high-speed repeater designed for LVDS interconnects, supporting data rates over 800 Mbps with a 3.3V power supply.

· It features a typical differential output swing of 330 mV, ensuring low EMI and ultra-low power dissipation at high frequencies.

· The device includes a VBB reference for AC coupling and can directly accept LVPECL, HSTL, and SSTL-2 inputs for translation to LVDS.

FEATURES

· Operates at a 3.3V power supply with a wide rail-to-rail common mode range.

· Maximum random jitter of 3.5 ps and deterministic jitter of 135 ps.

· Low power consumption with 20 ps typical channel-to-channel skew and >7 kV HBM ESD protection.

· Complies with TIA/EIA-644-A LVDS standard, available in a 14-lead TSSOP package.
