Description
FMVC31008 is a High Reliability Low Noise Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO) with a frequency range of 100 MHz to 200 MHz and a voltage tuning range from 0.5 V to 18 V. It features exceptional phase noise performance of -113 dBc/Hz typ @ 10 kHz offset. The VCO operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and is designed to meet various MIL-STD-202 test conditions, including humidity, shock, and vibration.
