DESCRIPTION

· The FPF2193, FPF2194, and FPF2195 are load switches designed to protect systems and loads from large current conditions.

· They feature a 55 mΩ P-channel MOSFET with an input voltage range of 1.8 to 5.5 V.

· These devices include thermal shutdown and current limit protection to prevent damage from over-current conditions.

· The FPF2193 and FPF2194 shut off after 30 ms of constant current, with the FPF2193 auto-restarting after 450 ms.

· The FPF2195 remains in constant-current mode indefinitely during a fault.

· Available in a compact 0.98 x 1.48 mm WLCSP package.

FEATURES

· Input voltage range from 1.8 to 5.5 V.

· Adjustable current limit from 0.1 to 1.5 A.

· Includes under-voltage lockout and thermal shutdown.

· Shutdown current less than 2 µA.
