DESCRIPTION
· The FXTH87EK116 is a compact, fully integrated tire pressure monitoring sensor (TPMS) measuring 7 x 7 mm.
· It features low transmitting power consumption, extensive customer memory, and a dual-axis accelerometer architecture.
· The sensor integrates an 8-bit microcontroller (MCU), a pressure sensor, an XZ-axis accelerometer, and an RF transmitter.

· Long battery service life with power optimization software.
· Pin-for-pin electrical compatibility with FXTH87-based applications.
· Firmware subroutines compatible with FXTH87-based software.
· Pressure sensor with three calibrated pressure ranges.
· Integrated temperature sensor and dual XZ-axis accelerometer with adjustable offset.
· 10-bit ADC with six channels and two external I/O inputs.
· 8-bit MCU with S08 Core, 512 RAM, 16 kB FLASH, and 64-byte low-power parameter registers.
· Dedicated state machines for efficient measurement and transmission sequencing.
· Internal 315-/434-MHz RF transmitter with external crystal oscillator, PLL-based output, and multiple modulation and encoding options.
· Differential input LF detector/decoder on independent signal pins.
