· Multilayer Ceramic Chip Capacitors - GMC Series - 0402



FEATURES

· Ultra stable Class I dielectric: linear temperature coefficient, low loss, negligible change of electrical properties with time, voltage, and frequency

· Large capacitance values in small sizes

· Excellent high frequency characteristics

· Dielectric Type COG (NPO): Capacitance change with temperature is 0-30ppm/°C, less than -0.3%/°C from -55°C to +125°C

· Typical capacitance change with life is less than -0.1% for NPOs

· NPO formulations show no aging characteristics

· Stable Class II dielectric

· High capacitance per unit volume: general purpose product

· Z5U: Small size, temperature range, low ESL, low ESR, and excellent frequency response

· Y5V: General purpose use in a limited temperature range, wide temperature characteristic of +22% to -82% capacitance change

· Operating Temperature Range: -30°C to +85°C

· Temperature Coefficient: ±30ppm/°C

· Dissipation Factor: 3.0% Max, 2.0% Typical

· Insulation Resistance: 10GΩ or 100ΩF, whichever is less, at 25°C, VdCW

· Dielectric Withstanding Voltage: 2.5 X VdCW

· Aging Rate: 3.0% per decade hour

· Test Parameters: 1 KHz, 1 Vrms at 25°C for values ≥10uF, 1.0Vrms at 120Hz
