FEATURES

· Ultra stable class I dielectric: linear temperature coefficient, low loss, negligible change of electrical properties with time, voltage and frequency

· Large capacitance values in small sizes

· Excellent high frequency characteristics

· COG (NPO) dielectric type: Capacitance change with temperature is 0-30ppm/°C from -55°C to +125°C

· Typical capacitance change with life is less than -0.1% for NPOs

· NPO formulations show no aging characteristics

· Stable class II dielectric

· Z5U formulations: small size, low ESL, low ESR, excellent frequency response

· Y5V formulations: high dielectric constant, high capacitance values up to 100μF in small sizes

· X7R, X5R, X6S, X7R: various temperature coefficients and operating ranges

APPLICATIONS

· Suitable for surface mount assembly equipment

· General purpose product with high capacitance per unit volume

· Decoupling applications where minimum capacitance value is required

· General purpose use in limited temperature range
