DESCRIPTION

· The HCF4078B is a monolithic integrated circuit fabricated using Metal Oxide Semiconductor technology, available in DIP and SOP packages.
· It provides direct implementation of the positive logic 8-input NOR and OR functions, complementing the existing family of CMOS gates.

FEATURES

· Propagation delay time (tPD) is 75ns (typical) at VDD = 10V.
· Quiescent current is specified up to 20V.
· Parametric ratings are available for 5V, 10V, and 15V.
· Input leakage current (II) is 100nA (maximum) at VDD = 18V and TA = 25°C.
· 100% tested for quiescent current.
