DESCRIPTION

· The HSDL-3602 is a low-profile infrared transceiver module compliant with IrDA Data Physical Layer Specifications 1.4 and IEC825-Class 1 Eye Safety Standard.
· It integrates a high-speed 870 nm LED, a silicon PIN diode, and an IC with an LED driver and receiver.
· It supports a single output (RXD) for all data rates and operates in a 2.7 V to 3.6 V range.

· Fully compliant with IrDA 1.1 specifications, supporting 9.6 kb/s to 4 Mb/s operation.
· Typical link distance exceeds 1.5 m with IEC825-Class 1 eye safety.

· Low shutdown current of 10 nA and adjustable optical power management.
