· The HSDL-4400 Series features flat top IR emitters with a wide radiation pattern for short-distance communication.

· The HSDL-5400 Series includes flat top IR detectors with a black tint to minimize ambient light interference.

· The HSDL-4420 Series offers dome IR emitters with a 24-degree viewing angle and high on-axis intensity.

· The HSDL-5420 Series uses the same lens design as the HSDL-4420 with an added optical filter.

· All devices are encapsulated on axial lead frames, available in various lead configurations including surface mount and through hole.
