DESCRIPTION

· The ICG-1020S is a dual-axis MEMS angular rate sensor optimized for optical image stabilization (OIS) in smartphone camera modules and mobile devices.

· It supports up to 32 kHz ODR for compatibility with other InvenSense OIS gyroscope products.

· Features include low RMS noise, programmable full-scale range (±46.5 to ±374 dps), fast sample rate (up to 32 kHz), low phase delay, and low power consumption (2.5 mA).
