DESCRIPTION

· The ICM7244 is an 8-character alphanumeric display driver and controller designed for microprocessor systems.
· It interfaces with a 16-segment display and includes internal pull-up resistors.
· The chip features a 64-character ASCII decoder, 8x6 memory, high-power character and segment drivers, and multiplex scan circuitry.
· It supports both Sequential and Random access modes for data entry.
· The device is cascadable and operates on a single +5V supply.
