DESCRIPTION

· The IQS620A ProxFusion® IC is a multifunctional sensor combining capacitive, Hall-effect, and inductive sensing technologies.

· It is designed for applications requiring any or all of these sensing methods, offering ultra-low power consumption for both short and long-term activations.

· The device is fully I2C compatible and can be configured to output main trigger events on GPIOs.

FEATURES

· Capacitive sensing with full auto-tuning and adjustable sensitivity, capable of handling external capacitive loads from 2pF to 200pF.

· Hall-effect sensing with on-chip measurement plates, dual-direction detection, and a range of 10mT to 200mT.

· Inductive sensing with adjustable detection levels and hysteresis, requiring an external sense coil.

· Multiple integrated UI options including proximity wake-up, touch, SAR, and hysteresis.

· Low power consumption ranging from 2.5µA to 130µA depending on the sensing mode and response frequency.

· Supply voltage range from 1.8V to 3.3V, available in DFN(3x3)-10 and WLCSP-9 packages.
