DESCRIPTION
· The IQS620A ProxFusion® IC is a multifunctional sensor combining capacitive, Hall-effect, and inductive sensing technologies.
· Designed for applications requiring any or all of these sensing technologies.
· Features ultra-low power consumption suitable for both short and long-term activations.
· Fully I2C compatible with configurable GPIO outputs for main trigger events.
FEATURES
· Capacitive sensing with full auto-tuning and adjustable sensitivity.
· Hall-effect sensing with on-chip measurement plates and dual-direction detection.
· Inductive sensing with adjustable detection levels and hysteresis.
· Multiple integrated UI options including proximity wake-up, touch, SAR, and hysteresis.
· Low power consumption ranging from 2.5µA to 130µA depending on the sensing mode.
· Supply voltage range from 1.8V to 3.3V.
· Available in low-profile DFN(3x3)-10 and WLCSP-9 packages.
