DESCRIPTION

· High voltage, high-speed single-phase current sensor interface for AC motor drive applications.
· Converts analog voltage from an external shunt resistor into a time interval with precise ripple rejection.
· Provides both PWM signal (PO) and ratiometric analog voltage (OUT) proportional to the measured current.
· Supports a maximum throughput of 40 ksample/sec and a delay of less than 7.5 µsec at 20 kHz.
· Includes a fast over-current signal for IGBT protection.
