DESCRIPTION

· The ISL3034E is a 6-channel bidirectional, auto-direction sensing, level translator designed for multi-voltage systems with data transfer rates up to 100Mbps.

· It operates with VCC voltages from +2.2V to +3.6V and VL voltages from +1.35V to +3.2V, ideal for interfacing low-voltage microcontrollers or ASICs with higher voltage components.

· Features an automatic shutdown mode when VCC is less than VL and a low-power shutdown mode activated by driving the EN input low.

· Best-In-Class ESD protection: ±15kV IEC61000-4-2 ESD protection on all input, output, and I/O lines.

· 100Mbps ensured data rate with six bidirectional channels.

· Auto-direction sensing eliminates the need for direction control logic pins.

· Compatible with 4mA input drivers or larger, with internal 30µA current source pull-ups to VCC or VL.
