DESCRIPTION

· The ISL69138 is a digital, dual-output, multiphase (X+Y ≤ 7) PWM controller compliant with Intel VR13 and IMVP8 specifications.

· It supports flexible phase assignments up to seven phases across two outputs (e.g., 6+1, 5+2, 4+2, etc.).

· Features SVID interface and PMBus 1.3 compatibility, ideal for Intel VR13/IMVP8 platforms.

· Utilizes Renesas' digital, linear, synthetic current modulation for superior transient response and tuning ease.

· Configurable via PowerNavigator™ software with diode emulation and automatic phase add/drop for efficiency optimization.
