DESCRIPTION

· The ISL88011, ISL88012, ISL88013, ISL88014, ISL88015 family offers voltage monitoring with Power-On reset, watchdog timer, and manual reset in a 5 Ld SOT-23 package.

· ISL88013 and ISL88015 feature a watchdog timer with 51s start-up and 1.6s normal timeout.

· ISL88011 and ISL88014 allow increasing the 200ms Power-On reset delay with an external capacitor.

· ISL88012 provides both fixed and adjustable voltage monitors.

· All devices offer manual reset capability and accurate ±1.5% reset threshold voltages.
