DESCRIPTION
· The ISM97 Series is a low jitter, non-PLL based output device compatible with lead-free processing.
· It is Pb-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free, compliant with RoHS and REACH standards.

· Frequency stability: ±10ppm to ±100ppm, inclusive of calibration tolerance at 25°C.
· Operating temperature range: -40°C to +85°C.
· Supply voltage: 1.62V to 3.63V ±5%.
· Output logic type: CMOS with drive capability up to 30pF.
· Aging: ±3ppm/year maximum at +25°C.
· Duty cycle: 50 ±5% or 50 ±10%.
· RMS phase jitter: 1pSec maximum at 12kHz to 20MHz offset frequency.
