DESCRIPTION

· ISO774x is a high-speed, robust-EMC reinforced and basic quad-channel digital isolator designed for various industrial applications.

FEATURES

· Supports data rates up to 100Mbps.

· Features a robust isolation barrier with a projected lifetime of over 30 years at 1500V RMS working voltage, up to 5000V RMS isolation rating, and 12.8kV surge capability.

· High common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of ±100kV/μs.

· Wide supply voltage range from 2.25V to 5.5V with level translation capability.

· Offers default output high (ISO774x) and low (ISO774xF) options.

· Operates over a wide temperature range from -55°C to 125°C.

· Low power consumption, typically 1.5mA per channel at 1Mbps.

· Low propagation delay of 10.7ns typical with 5V supplies.

· Robust EMC performance with system-level ESD, EFT, and surge immunity, ±8kV IEC 61000-4-2 contact discharge protection, and low emissions.

· Available in Wide-SOIC (DW-16) and QSOP (DBQ-16) package options.

· Automotive version ISO774x-Q1 is available.
