DESCRIPTION

· This series of surface mount Zener Voltage Regulators is military qualified to MIL-PRF-19500/356, designed for high-reliability applications.
· Hermetically sealed with voidless-glass construction and internal metallurgical bond.
· Available in Zener selections from 3.3 to 390 volts with standard 5% tolerances and tighter tolerances indicated by suffix letters.
· Also available in axial-leaded packages for through-hole mounting by removing the “US” suffix.

· Popular JEDEC registered series with voidless hermetically sealed glass package.
· Features triple-layer passivation and internal metallurgical bonds categorized as I or III.
· Available in JAN, JANTX, JANTXV, and JANS per MIL-PRF-19500/356.
