· Surface mount Zener Voltage Regulator series, military qualified to MIL-PRF-19500/356.
· Hermetically sealed with voidless-glass construction, ideal for high-reliability applications.
· Zener selections range from 3.3 to 390 volts with standard 5% tolerances.
· Available in axial-leaded packages for thru-hole mounting by deleting the “US” suffix.

· Popular JEDEC registered series with voidless hermetically sealed glass package.
· Triple-layer passivation and internal metallurgical bonds.
· Available in JAN, JANTX, JANTXV, and JANS per MIL-PRF-19500/356.
· Regulates voltage over a broad operating current and temperature range.
· Extremely robust construction, nonsensitive to ESD per MIL-STD-750 Method 1020.
· Inherently radiation hard as described in Microsemi MicroNote 050.
