DESCRIPTION

· The 1N957B UR-1 to 1N992B UR-1 series offers 0.5 watt Zener voltage regulators with a voltage range from 6.8 to 200 volts, available in 5%, 2%, and 1% tolerances.
· These diodes feature a glass MELF DO-213AA package with an internal metallurgical bond and are available in both military qualified and commercial RoHS compliant versions.
· Military qualified versions are available for part numbers 1N962BUR-1 through 1N992BUR-1.



FEATURES

· Registered under JEDEC as the 1N957B to 1N992B series.
· Features an internal metallurgical bond.
· Available with JAN, JANTX, and JANTXV qualifications per MIL-PRF-19500/117 for specific part numbers.
· Upscreening available per MIL-PRF-19500 for part numbers 1N957BUR-1 through 1N961BUR-1.
· RoHS compliant versions are available for commercial grades.



APPLICATIONS

· Effective voltage regulation across a wide range of operating currents and temperatures.
· Offers a broad selection of voltages from 6.8 to 200 V.
