· Kelly Pneumatics, Inc. offers an Analog Mass Flow Sensor for high-volume flow rates of Air and Oxygen.

· The sensor compensates for temperature changes and outputs accurate mass flow readings via a 0-5 volt feedback signal.

· It measures flow from 0-300 SLPM with an accuracy of 2% of reading and a response time of 2 milliseconds.

· The internal microprocessor linearizes flow measurements using signals from a thermistor and hot wire anemometer.

· The compact, lightweight design is ideal for OEM applications.
