DESCRIPTION
· Analog Mass Flow Sensor by Kelly Pneumatics, Inc. for high volume flow rates of Air and Oxygen.
· Features temperature compensation and outputs mass flow readings via a 0-5 volt signal.
· Measures flow from 0-300 SLPM with 2% accuracy and 2ms response time.
· Utilizes an internal microprocessor with thermistor and hot wire anemometer for linearized measurements.
· Compact and lightweight design suitable for OEM applications.

· High accuracy of ±2% of reading or 0.05 SLPM.
· Fast response time of 2 milliseconds.
