· The sensor compensates for temperature changes and outputs accurate readings via I2C digital communication.

· It measures flow from 0-300 SLPM with an accuracy of 2% and a response time of 2 milliseconds.

· An internal microprocessor linearizes flow measurements using signals from a thermistor and hot wire anemometer.

· The compact, lightweight design is ideal for OEM applications.
