DESCRIPTION
· The KP-2 Two-tone Photodiode KPMC29 integrates Si and InGaAs photodiodes on the same axis to extend the wavelength range.
· The InGaAs photodiode is stored in the recess of the Si photodiode's substrate, minimizing package height.
· The volume ratio is reduced to 1/8 compared to earlier models.
