DESCRIPTION
· KTB8370 is a 5A, 17V synchronous buck regulator with integrated high-side and low-side power FETs.
· Operates over a wide input voltage range, supporting various applications from 5V and 12V power rails to multicell batteries.
· Utilizes Kinetic's proprietary advanced adaptive on-time (AOT) control for fast transient response and high output voltage accuracy.
· Features internal soft-start, comprehensive protection features, and is available in a compact WLCSP20 package.

· Factory fixed output voltage options from 0.64V to 5.5V in 40mV steps.
· Integrated FETs with 65mΩ (high-side) and 35mΩ (low-side) resistances.
