DESCRIPTION
· The KTS1640 and KTS1641 are low-resistance, electronically controlled load switches designed to protect loads from abnormal power supply or load problems. They operate from a wide input supply voltage of 6V to 40V and protect the system from reverse input supplies down to -28V. These devices integrate two N-Channel MOSFETs and include fixed over-voltage protection, over-temperature protection with auto-retry, and an ENABLE pin for low current shutdown mode. They are packaged in a TDFN44-12 package.
