DESCRIPTION
· The KTS1679 is a single-input, dual-output low on-resistance switch with surge and ESD protection, designed for wide input voltage range applications.
· It features selectable over-voltage protection, dual enable control, and over-temperature protection, packaged in a Pb-free 28-Bump WLCSP.
FEATURES
· Single Input, Dual Output with low on-resistance: VBUS to OUT (21mΩ), VBUS to BAT (12.5mΩ).
· Wide input voltage range: 2.7V – 13.5V, with VBUS Abs Max of 28V.
· Surge and ESD protected input: IEC61000-4-5 (> ±100V), IEC61000-4-2 (Level 4).
· Selectable Over-Voltage Protection (OVP) with specific trip points for VBUS to OUT and VBUS to BAT paths.
· Maximum continuous current: VBUS to OUT (3.5A), VBUS to BAT (6A).
· Dual Enable Control: Active LOW for VBUS to OUT, Active HIGH for VBUS to BAT.
· Battery OVP Sense Pin and VBUS to BAT FLAG.
· Over Temperature Protection and operates within -40°C to 85°C.
