DESCRIPTION

· The KTS1698 is a high-current load switch designed for USB Type-C PD ports and barrel connectors, capable of handling up to 100W at 20V and withstanding up to 29V on VBUS. It features automatic reverse-current blocking, soft-start for inrush current limitation, and integrated TVS for ESD and surge protection. The device is housed in a 15-bump WLCSP measuring 2.62 x 1.64mm.

FEATURES

· Operates from 3V to 23V with a 29V absolute maximum rating.
· Supports 5A continuous and 10A pulse current.
· Features 25mΩ typical on-resistance.
· Includes soft-start, over-voltage, over-current, short-circuit, and over-temperature protections.
· Provides ±90V surge and ±8kV/±15kV ESD protections.
· Available with EN or EN̅ enable logic and ACOK̅ power good flag.
· Operates from -40°C to 85°C.
