DESCRIPTION

· The KX122-1037 is a tri-axis digital accelerometer with selectable ranges of ±2g, ±4g, or ±8g.

· It features a 2048-byte buffer and integrated algorithms for orientation, Directional-Tap™/Double-Tap™, activity detection, and free fall detection.

· The device uses a differential capacitance principle for acceleration sensing, with common mode cancellation to reduce errors.

· It is hermetically sealed at the wafer level and operates from a 1.71V to 3.6V DC supply.

· Communication is facilitated via I2C or SPI protocols.
