Description

The L7805CV-DG is a three-terminal positive regulator available in various packages, including TO-220, TO-220FP, D²PAK, and DPAK. It is suitable for a wide range of applications, providing local on-card regulation and eliminating distribution problems associated with single-point regulation. The regulator embeds internal current limiting, thermal shutdown, and safe area protection, making it robust and reliable.
