DESCRIPTION

· The L9678 is a user-configurable airbag IC designed for full production, featuring a comprehensive suite of functionalities for automotive safety systems.

FEATURES

· Energy reserve voltage power supply with a high-frequency boost regulator at 1.882 MHz, offering user-selectable output voltages of 23 V or 33 V ±5%.

· User-configurable linear power supplies with 5.0 V and 7.2 V ±4% output voltages, utilizing an external pass transistor.

· Fully integrated 3.3 V ±4% linear regulator.

· Battery voltage monitor and shutdown control with wake-up functionality.

· System voltage diagnostics with an integrated ADC.

· Crossover switch with a maximum crossover performance of 3 Ω and 600 mA.

· Squib deployment drivers with 4-channel HSD/LSD, supporting a maximum deployment voltage of 25 V and specific deployment profiles.

· Integrated safing FET linear regulator with nominal voltages of 20 V/25 V, current monitoring, and diagnostics.
