DESCRIPTION

· The HiperLCS™ is an integrated LLC power stage that combines a multi-function controller, high-side and low-side gate drivers, and two power MOSFETs in a half-bridge configuration.

· It integrates the LLC resonant inductor into the transformer, enabling high-efficiency operation through zero-voltage switching (ZVS) to eliminate switching losses.



FEATURES

· Incorporates controller, gate drives, and high-voltage power MOSFETs, eliminating up to 30 external components.

· Operates at a high maximum frequency of 1 MHz and nominal steady-state frequency up to 500 kHz.

· Reduces magnetics size and supports SMD ceramic output capacitors.

· Ensures precise duty symmetry for improved efficiency, typically 50% ±0.3% at 300 kHz.

· Comprehensive fault handling includes UV, OV, OCP, SCP, and OTP protection.

· Programmable features include brown-in/out thresholds, dead-time, burst mode, soft-start, and frequency limits.

· Designed for high-power and high-frequency applications, reducing assembly costs and PCB layout complexity.

· Features a single clip attachment for heat sink and staggered pin arrangement for simplified PCB routing.
