DESCRIPTION

· The LI7010 is a 9.24MP CMOS sensor designed for 4K imaging in normal to low light environments.

· It features 4112 x 2248 effective pixels with a 6.4μm x 6.4μm square pixel arrangement in Super 35 format.

· The sensor supports single ROI windowing and faster frame rates at reduced resolutions.

FEATURES

· RGB color filter array with a sensitivity of 72,000 e/lx/sec @gain x1.

· Effective pixel area size of 26.32mm x 14.39mm.

· Progressive scan with rolling shutter, achieving up to 60 fps at full resolution.

· Low dark random noise of 2.7 e rms and dark current of 54 e/sec @60°C.

· 24 data lanes and 2 clock lanes with LVDS output at 576 Mbps.

· Column amplifier gains of x1, x2, x4, x8.

· Power consumption of 2.0W (typ.) at 60 fps with all pixels readout.

· Available in a 154 pin ceramic LCC package.
