DESCRIPTION

· The LIS331DL is a compact, low-power three-axis linear accelerometer from ST's "nano" family.

· It includes digital I2C/SPI serial interfaces and advanced embedded functionalities.

· Manufactured using a specialized ST process for inertial sensors, it features a CMOS IC interface tailored to the sensing element.

· It supports dynamic full-scale selection of ±2g/±8g and data rates of 100 Hz or 400 Hz.

· Available in a 16-pin LGA package, it operates from -40°C to +85°C.



FEATURES

· Operates with a supply voltage from 2.16 V to 3.6 V, compatible with 1.8 V IOs.

· Consumes less than 1 mW of power.

· Features programmable interrupt generation and self-test capabilities.

· Includes embedded functions for click, double-click, free-fall, and motion detection.

· Equipped with an embedded high-pass filter and high shock survivability up to 10000 g.

· Compliant with ECOPACK® RoHS and "Green" standards.
