DESCRIPTION

· The LIS352AX is a compact, low-power 3-axis linear accelerometer with a sensing element and IC interface.

· It provides an absolute analog signal and is manufactured using a CMOS process for high integration.

· Features a full-scale of ±2 g and measures accelerations up to 2.0 kHz bandwidth, adjustable with external capacitors.

· Includes self-test capability and an embedded multiplexer for single-channel A/D converter operation.
