DESCRIPTION

· The LM29150, LM29151, and LM29152 are high-current, high-accuracy, low-dropout voltage regulators.

· They utilize a PNP pass element, featuring a 350mV dropout voltage at full load and very low ground current.

· These devices are suitable for low-current, low-dropout critical systems due to their minimal dropout voltage and ground current.

· They offer full protection against over-current faults, reversed input polarity, reversed lead insertion, over-temperature operation, and transient voltage spikes.

· The LM29151 includes logic-level enable control and an error flag indicating when the output is out of regulation.

· The ENABLE pin on LM29151 and LM29152 can be tied to Vin if ON/OFF control is not needed.
