DESCRIPTION

· The LPY503AL is a low-power dual-axis micromachined gyroscope measuring angular rate along pitch and yaw axes.

· It offers excellent temperature stability and high resolution over a wide operating temperature range (-40°C to +85°C).

· The gyroscope combines an actuator and accelerometer in a single micromachined structure, utilizing the Coriolis principle for detection.

· It provides analog output voltage for measured angular rate, ensuring high integration and production trimming.

· Packaged in a plastic LGA-16L (5x5x1.5mm), it leverages ST’s robust manufacturing process.
