DESCRIPTION

· The LQ05041RCS6 is a high-efficiency load switch with Reverse Current Blocking (RCB) and output voltage slew rate control.

· It prevents reverse current when VOUT exceeds VIN, with a typical RON of 14 mΩ at 5.5 V.

· Features ultra-low shutdown current (ISD) of 56 nA at 5.5 V when EN is low and output is grounded.

· Compact chip scale package: 0.97 mm x 1.47 mm x 0.55 mm with 6 bumps and 0.5 mm pitch.

· Supports input voltage range from 1.5 V to 5.5 V, with a 6 V absolute maximum.
