DESCRIPTION
· The LS0504EDD12 is a compact, low RON load switch with a controlled slew rate, operating from 1.8V to 5.5V and supporting up to 4A continuous current.
· It minimizes input supply voltage droop by reducing inrush current during start-up when charging large bulk load capacitances.
· The device includes built-in protections against over current, over voltage, and over temperature, and features an accurate enable threshold for programming input under-voltage lockout (UVLO) via an external resistor divider network.
· It also includes an 8Ω resistor for quick output discharge when disabled.
