DESCRIPTION
· The LS0505EVD22 is an integrated load switch with over-current and over-voltage protection.
· It features a low RDS(ON) to minimize power loss and includes internal soft-start for smooth voltage ramp-up.
· The device automatically turns off during over-voltage conditions to protect downstream systems.
· Current limit levels are set using an external resistor.

· Wide input voltage range from 2.7 V to 6 V.
· Maximum input/output voltage of 30 V.
· Low RDS(ON) protection switch at 50mΩ.
· Built-in fast response over-voltage protection at 6.2 V.
