DESCRIPTION
· The LS12052BD33 is an 18V, 5A eFuse with over-voltage protection and blocking FET control, designed for robust system power protection.
· It integrates multiple protection modes against overload, short circuit, input voltage surge, excessive inrush current, and reverse current blocking using an external NFET.
· Features include programmable soft-start, thermal fold-back, over-temperature shutdown, and a low RDS(ON) of 25mΩ for reduced power loss.

· Wide input voltage range from 2.7V to 18V.
· Extremely low RDS(ON) of 25mΩ for the integrated protection switch.
· External programmable soft-start time and current limit.
· Supports reverse current blocking and short-circuit protection.
· Fixed over-voltage clamp at 14.4V output voltage.
· Accurate EN pin turn-on threshold of 1.29V.
· Thermal shutdown protection with auto-recovery.
· Available in a small DFN 3mm x 3mm-10 package.
