DESCRIPTION

· The LS24062RQ23 is a 24V 6A bidirectional load switch with advanced protection features.

· It includes overload, short circuit, input voltage surge, excessive inrush current, and over-temperature protections.

· Features a built-in 24mΩ ultra low RDS(ON) power switch to minimize power loss.

· Equipped with two input/output ports, VBUS1 and VBUS2, each rated at 30V Absolute Maximum.

· Each port has independent enable, external current limit setting, and discharge control pins.

· Integrated two N-channel power switches in-series to block leakage when disabled.

· Available in a compact 16-lead QFN 2.5mm x 3.2mm package.
