· The LS350, LS351, and LS352 are monolithic dual PNP transistors designed for general-purpose applications.
FEATURES
· High gain (hFE) of 200 at 10µA to 1mA.
· Tight VBE matching with a typical difference of 0.2mV.
· High current gain bandwidth product (fT) of 275MHz at 1mA.
· Maximum collector current of 10mA.
· Operating junction temperature up to +150°C.
· Maximum power dissipation of 250mW (one side) and 500mW (both sides).
