DESCRIPTION
· The LS5911, LS5912, and LS5912C are improved low-noise wideband monolithic dual N-channel JFET amplifiers.
· Designed as enhanced replacements for SILICONIX, FAIRCHILD, and NATIONAL's 2N5911 and 2N5912 models.

· Low noise performance: 4nV/√Hz at 10kHz.
· High transconductance: ≥ 4000µS at 100MHz.
· Wide operating temperature range: -55 to +150°C.
· Maximum power dissipation: 500mW.
· Gate to drain and gate to source voltage: -25V.
· Gate to source breakdown voltage: -25V.
· Drain to source saturation current: 7 to 40mA.
· Gate leakage current: -1 to -50pA.
