DESCRIPTION
· The LS7272B is a quad differential industrial power line driver, short-circuit proof, and operates up to 30V.
· Features include a selectable thermal shutdown, TTL/CMOS compatible data inputs, and an ENA input for high impedance state control.
· Includes a Power-On-Reset circuit with hysteresis and a built-in delay for disabling output drivers.
FEATURES
· More feature-rich and cost-effective than the OL7272, with pin-for-pin replaceability.
· Supports Push-Pull or Open-Drain output drivers with a voltage range of 4.5V to 30V.
· Capable of 1A peak dynamic sink/source output drive and operates up to 2 MHz.
· Thermal shutdown protection and RS422A compatible outputs.
· Inputs are CMOS/TTL compatible with hysteresis, and outputs can be fully connected or in high-impedance state.
