DESCRIPTION
· The LSK489 is a monolithic dual N-Channel JFET with the industry's lowest input capacitance and low noise.
· It features tight offset voltage, low drift over temperature, and reduced intermodulation distortion.
· Available in SOIC 8L, SOT-23 6L, and TO-71 6L packages, it is pin-compatible with the LSK389.
· Designed for precision instrumentation and sensor applications.
FEATURES
· Low noise: 1.8nV/√Hz (typ) at 1kHz, NBW = 1Hz.
· Very low input capacitance: Ciss = 4pF (typ).
· High slew rate and low offset/drift voltage.
· Low gate leakage and high CMRR of 102 dB.
· Improved thermal tracking and nearly zero popcorn noise.
