DESCRIPTION

· The LTC2262-12 is a 12-bit, 150Msps ultralow power 1.8V ADC designed for high-frequency, wide dynamic range signal digitization.

· It features 70.5dB SNR and 88dB SFDR, with ultralow jitter of 0.17ps RMS for excellent noise performance.

· The device supports CMOS, DDR CMOS, or DDR LVDS outputs and offers selectable input ranges from 1V P-P to 2V P-P.

· It includes a 800MHz full-power bandwidth S/H, optional data output randomizer, and clock duty cycle stabilizer.

· The ADC operates on a single 1.8V supply, with low power consumption of 146mW, and includes shutdown and nap modes.

· Configuration is managed via a serial SPI port, and the device is pin-compatible with 14-bit and 12-bit versions in a 40-pin QFN package.
